ForneyTools enables you to share submitted or approved reports via email with recipients of your choice if they are not already part of a distribution group.

Share Submitted Sample Reports
- After selecting Sample for Approval Report submission, Select "Create" under Sample Report section.
- Select the Submit Button to enter the recipients who will receive the report.
- Select Edit () button to add Report Recipients that will receive the submitted report.
- Select the +Add Email button to add a recipient's email. Once completed, select the Save button to record your selection and OK to close the window.
- After pressing the Confirm button, the recipients will receive a copy of the submitted report.
Share Approved Sample Reports
- Select the Approve button to select the recipients who will receive a copy of the approved report.
- Select the Edit () button from the Approval Sample Report to add Report Recipients who will receive the submitted report.
- Select the +Add Email button to add a recipient's email. Once completed, select the Save button to record your selection and OK to close the window.
- After pressing the Confirm button, the recipients will receive a copy of the approved report.
