Due to changing 3rd party apps ForneyTools might encounter issues loading the first time of the day (we suggest closing all browser windows at the end of the day). These steps will help you clear all of the ForneyTools cookies.

Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner of the window.
- Select "Settings".
- Click on "Privacy and security".
- Click on "Cookies and other site data".
- Click on "See all site data and permissions".
- In the list of websites, find and select all of the Forney websites.
- Click on the website's cookie to expand it.
- Select all of the cookies to clear.
- Click on the "Remove" button.
- Click on the "Clear" button to confirm.
- Relaunch ForneyTools.
Firefox
- Click on Tools in the menu bar.
- Select Use custom setting for history from the dropdown menu.
- Click Show Cookies.
- Select the cookie that needs to be deleted (use "forney*") and click on Remove Cookie.
- Right-click or press and hold on the cookie that you want to remove to open a contextual menu.
- Click or tap on the first option, “Delete [name of cookie]”.
- Open the Firefox browser and navigate to the website for which you want to clear cookies.
Or
- On the left side of the address bar, click the padlock icon.
- Select Clear cookies and site data from the menu that appears.
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Click the Manage Data….
- In the Search Websites field, type the name of the site whose cookies you want to remove (use: "forney*").
- Reload the ForneyTools website and you should see the prompt requesting you to accept cookies.
Safari
- In the Safari app, choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Select all Forney sites listed.
- Click Remove or Remove All.
- Relaunch ForneyTools
