Where to Find It
The serial number for your ForneyLink (model TA-1258) is printed on a white label attached to the back of the unit. To locate it, stand behind the ForneyLink monitor (HMI) and look in the lower left corner. This label includes Forney’s support phone numbers, website, and your unique serial number, which is clearly marked as “SN” followed by a five-digit number.
