How to Use the [DRAFT] Watermark Feature in Report Approval Workflow

The new [DRAFT] feature, part of the Report Approval Workflow, enables Users to mark reports with a "DRAFT" watermark, making it easy to share early report versions for review and feedback.

1. Use the Draft option when:
-  Sharing a report for internal review before final approval.

- Sending early versions of a report to a client for feedback.

- Holding a report for future updates without marking it as final.

2.  Draft reports cannot be approved and should not be submitted for approval.

      Use them only for internal review or early sharing purposes.

 

  1. Navigate to Report Generator to create an Approval Workflow report.
  2. Select the "Draft Report" option to submit your desired report as a draft to the assigned Report Distribution Group and/or any other recipients. 

  3. Once selected, the Draft version can be saved by clicking Download () to generate a PDF or using Print ()to send it directly to your local printer.
