In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of enhancing your SMS alerts by including personalized data that is relevant to your specific needs and preferences.
Notes:
- Currently, all Subscribers in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico can access the new SMS Texts.
- Only Admins can create or alter a template.
- All templates created for alerts are specific to an individual lab. If there are multiple labs in your organization, the template for each lab must be edited individually to match.
Manage SMS Templates
- Select "Alerts" from the main navigation menu, then click on "SMS Templates."
- Select the Lab drop-down to select the appropriate lab needed.
- Select the desired Alert template to edit.
- Manage the data items to be included in the created alert.
- Select the Save Template button to store your new Alert template.
