How Do I Swap Tested Specimens in ForneyTools®?

Swap incorrectly tested Specimens to the correct Sample/Set quickly allowing a simple mistake to be corrected.

Swap Tested Specimens. 

  1. Select the affected Specimen by turning Detail View to ON from the Manage Sample page. 

  2. Select the Specimen that needs to be swapped to the correct Sample by using the Swap () button.

  3. Confirm Swap prompt to avoid any further mistakes during the Swap.  

  4. From the Swap Specimen tool, you can view the current selected specimen's sample information.

  5. Select the correct Sample the Specimen belongs to as well as the Set. 

  6. Drag and Drop the Specimens to be swapped. and select Save. 


Note: 

Specimens that have a testing date of 30 days or more cannot be swapped.
