HOW DO I FIND SAMPLES FROM OTHER LABS ON A FORNEYVAULT MACHINE (MULTI-LAB ENABLED)?

When Multi-Lab testing is enabled, your machine can access specimens from multiple labs. By default, you will only see specimens from your current lab. To view specimens from another lab, use the filter options on the Specimen List page.

 

Notes:

  • Only specimens assigned to the selected lab will be displayed
  • Changing the lab filter does not move or modify any data
  • Access to other labs depends on your system configuration and permissions

 

To find samples from another lab:

  1. From the Specimen List screen on the machine, select Filter



  2. Locate the Lab dropdown



  3. Select the lab you want to view
  4. Select Apply

The Specimen List will update to show specimens assigned to the selected lab.
