How Can I Update My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

We understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address or need to update it after placing your order, here’s what to do:

1. Act Quickly

  • Orders are usually processed within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

  • Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the address. In that case, FedEx may be able to assist with a delivery intercept, but fees may apply.


2. How to Update Your Address Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped:

  1. Contact Customer Service immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address.

  2. We’ll update your order and confirm the change by email.


3. If Your Order Has Already Shipped

  • Address changes are no longer guaranteed once a package is in transit.

  • Contact Customer Service right away—we can assist with a FedEx Delivery Intercept request if available.

    • Additional fees may apply, and successful rerouting is not guaranteed.


4. Avoid Delays and Undeliverable Returns

  • Double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • Include any relevant suite, building, or unit numbers.

  • If your location requires special instructions for delivery, include them in the order notes or notify us right after placing your order.
