Photos must be attached at the sample level. You cannot add photos directly to specimens.

Users must have Create/Approve permissions to generate and finalize reports.

This feature works for all specimen test types.

Add Photos to the Sample
Before you can add photos to a specimen report, they must be uploaded to the sample in ForneyTools. Follow the steps in this article to upload your images:

Once your photos are uploaded, generate your specimen report by following this article:

Instructions
- In ForneyTools, locate the specimen you want to generate a report for.
- Next to "Report for Selected Specimen:", click the "Photos" button.
- A new window will open. Click Select Photos to view all images attached to the sample.
- Use the radio buttons to select the photo(s) you want included in the report.
- Click Save to attach the selected photos.
- Click PDF Report to generate a specimen report that includes the selected images.
